The present information is the data management policy of the website www.autovido.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) operated by Autóvido 2011 Ltd. (registered office: 2230 Gyömrő, Széchenyi utca 5/1), which contains basic information on the management, processing and recording of the personal data of visitors to the Website (hereinafter referred to as the User), as well as the rights of the Users in this regard and the possibilities of their enforcement.

The data management policy complies with the legislation on data management. It has been developed taking into account the provisions of the following legislation:

  • Act CVIII of 2007 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services (Eker. tv.)

  • Act XLVIII of 2007 on the Basic Conditions and Certain Restrictions on Economic Advertising (Act XLVIII)

  • Act CXII of 2007 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Info. tv.)

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR)

3. Legal basis, scope, purpose and duration of the data processed

3.1. Legal basis for processing

Voluntary consent of the users pursuant to Article 5 of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

3.2. Scope of the data processed

The User is not required to provide any personal data to use the Website. However, to make a reservation, you must provide the following information: name, telephone number, e-mail address, home address, billing address (optional), mother's name, driver's license number, place and date of birth.

During the use of the Website, the IP address of the User's computer, the start and end times of the visit and, in some cases, depending on the User's computer settings, the type of browser and operating system are recorded. These data are automatically logged by the system. The Operator does not link the data in the log file with other personal data.

3.3. Purpose of data processing

The data provided by the User will be used and processed by the Operator solely for the purpose of providing a higher level of service to Users, in particular in the following areas:

  • Managing bookings and filling in contracts.

  • To improve the content and services of the Website.

  • To further optimise the Website to tailor it even more to the needs of Users.

The data provided by the User is recorded by the Operator in an internal register, which is accessible only to the Operator's employees. The Operator shall not use the data for any purpose other than those indicated above. Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties with the prior and informed consent of the user. This does not apply to any data transfers that may be required by law.

3.4. Duration of data processing

The Operator shall be entitled to process the data provided by the User until the User exercises the option to delete the data; or in the event of a negative response by the User to the offer received from the Operator, the Operator shall delete the data provided without delay.

4. Data security measures

The data is stored by the Operator in Hungary on secure servers. The Website is https certified, ensuring that messages sent by the User through the site cannot be intercepted.

5. Possibility to amend the privacy policy

The Operator reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. The Operator shall publish the current valid Data Management Notice on the Website. The User shall check the Website from time to time to ensure that he is aware of any changes.

6. Rights of the data subject

Users may request information about the processing of their data, request the processing of their data, request the rectification or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Operator. The Operator shall carry out the rectification or deletion within 5 working days of receipt.

Users may object to the processing of their personal data in the cases provided for by applicable laws.

7. Remedies

3.2 Scope of Processed Data

To use the Website, Users do not need to provide personal data. However, for booking purposes, the following data must be provided: name, phone number, email address, residential address, billing address (optional), mother's name, driver's license number, place and date of birth.

During the use of the Website, the User's computer's IP address, the start and end times of the visit, and in some cases-depending on the User's computer settings-the browser and operating system type are recorded. These data are automatically logged by the system. The Operator does not link the data in the log files to other personal data.

3.3 Purpose of Data Processing

The Operator uses and processes the data provided by Users solely for the purpose of providing higher-quality services, primarily in the following areas:

  • Managing bookings and completing contracts.

  • Developing the content and services of the Website.

  • Further optimizing the Website to better meet User needs.

The Operator records the data provided by Users in an internal database, which is only accessible to the Operator's employees. The Operator does not use the data for purposes other than those specified. Personal data are only transferred to third parties with the User's prior and informed consent, except for mandatory data transfers required by law.

The Operator is entitled to process the data provided by Users until the User exercises their right to delete the data or until the User responds negatively to an offer from the Operator, in which case the Operator immediately deletes the provided data.

The data are stored on secure servers in Hungary. The Website has an HTTPS certificate, ensuring that messages sent by Users through the Website cannot be intercepted.

5. Possibility of Modifying the Data Protection Policy

The Operator reserves the right to modify this Data Protection Notice. The Operator publishes the currently valid Data Protection Notice on the Website. Users are required to periodically check the Website to ensure they are aware of any changes.

6. Rights of the Data Subject
